The Raising Artists team has developed an innovative, educational and fun visual arts program specifically for junior and primary students. We are bringing talented Art Teachers to your classroom to create a masterpiece with you and your students.
We are Board Approved Vendors.
Our school workshops use visual arts to help students develop self-awareness, social-emotional skills, critical thinking, visual literacy, and problem-solving skills. Each school workshop is an in-person half day with a two highly-qualified art teacher!

We have been developing and designing curriculum for over 9 years, and we are happy to work with you and create a specific art lesson around an artists you are deeply attached to that isn’t on our list.
Students will learn about Art History and the elements and principles of design as they work on various forms, styles, conventions, and techniques to create their art piece. Students are encouraged to set goals and reflect on their work throughout the lesson. We pull learning goals and success criteria straight from the Ontario Art Curriculum.
Our amazing team takes care of everything for you, including the lesson, the instructions, the powerpoint presentation, the worksheets and all supplies. The school workshop fee is all inclusive, eliminating the need for extra invoicing and budget approvals.
